Welcome to St. Matthew’s Sunday School!
Teachers and leaders, would like to invite you to come visit us at St. Matthew’s and have your children join us in our exciting Sunday School classes. Our classes will pique the interest of pre-schooler to adolescent, opening minds and hearts to the most important relationship they will ever know.
Our children join the “bigger” members of the family at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays with their parents for the first part of the service.
Following the singing of the Children’s Hymn the children are treated to a dynamic children’s story lead by our minister after which they follow their teachers to experience that learning about the love of Jesus is fun. (especially when we use our senses of touch, taste, smell and sight with our new “hands on” curriculum.) Together we are looking forward to growing in our relationship with Jesus.
We are a “Leading With Care Congregation” ensuring your children will be safe while away from you. All of our Sunday School Leaders and Elders have had criminal record checks done. Also, parents and caregivers are always invited to come and spend time with the children in class.
